5. Rules for Stars

Deliver content that matches the agreed request and complies with this Policy.

Disclose sponsored or endorsement content as required by advertising law.

Do not include third-party content (music, clips, trademarks) you are not licensed to use.

Do not solicit users to transact off-platform to avoid fees or safeguards.

6. Reporting & notice of illegal content

If you see content or behaviour that breaches this Policy or that you believe is illegal, report it to [email protected]. In line with the EU Digital Services Act (Regulation (EU) 2022/2065), we operate a notice-and-action process: please include the location of the content, an explanation of why you consider it illegal or in breach, and your contact details so we can follow up. We will review valid reports, take appropriate action, and provide a statement of reasons where required.

7. Enforcement

We may, in line with the Terms and applicable law, remove or disable content, issue warnings, restrict features, and suspend or terminate accounts that breach this Policy. We consider the severity, context and history of any breach, and apply measures proportionately. Serious breaches, especially those involving child safety, terrorism or imminent harm, may result in immediate termination and reporting to law-enforcement or other competent authorities.

Appeals. If your content was removed or your account was restricted, you may appeal by contacting [email protected]. Where the Digital Services Act applies, you can use our internal complaint-handling system and pursue out-of-court dispute settlement. Nothing here limits your right to seek a remedy before a competent court.
