These Additional Terms cover business videos, creator participation, commercial usage rights, payouts and regional features.

1. Business Videos
Business requests must accurately identify the brand, campaign goal and intended use of the video. Creators may decline requests that conflict with their values, restrictions or availability.
A standard business video includes the license shown at checkout. Extended usage, paid advertising, creator posting or other commercial rights may require additional fees.
2. Creator Program
Creator applications are reviewed before a profile becomes publicly available. HeyStar may request identity, audience or account information during review.
Creators choose which eligible requests to accept and are responsible for delivering original content by the agreed deadline.
3. Creator Earnings and Payouts
Creator earnings become available according to the order status, applicable hold period and any support review.
Payout availability, minimum withdrawal amounts, processing times and supported methods may vary by country.
4. Regional Features
Country, language and currency suggestions are provided for convenience. Final prices, payment availability and payout methods may vary by region.
