HeyStar combines clear rules, secure payments, access controls and reporting tools to protect customers and creators.

Respectful requests

Requests must not include harassment, hate, threats, illegal instructions or private information shared without consent.

Payments are processed through Stripe. Creators receive only confirmed paid requests, and financial status is verified securely.

Customers can request a private personal video. Private content is available only to the customer and the creator.

Users can report inappropriate videos. Reports are recorded for review and cannot be repeatedly submitted for the same video.
