A creator can accept or reject a paid request. If a creator cannot complete it, the order is reviewed for the appropriate refund outcome.
Submitted videos
Customers can watch the submitted video before accepting the order and leaving a review.

Refunds depend on payment status, creator response, delivery outcome and the order circumstances. Contact support before completing an order if something is wrong.
